100-year old platinum ring reinforced for daily wear
Before (Photo 1) - The prongs holding the stone are worn and the stone would fall out with light wear. The filigree work under the ring is broken and fragile. This ring also needed to be resized.
After (Photo 2) - We increased the size of the back shank by replacing it and making a brace underneath the filagree to reinforce it. We also added sturdy prongs to hold the diamond strong for everyday wear.
